PENGARUH HARGA DAN ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH (E-WOM) TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN GOFOOD DI KABUPATEN GARUT
This research aims to analyze the influence of price and EWOM on purchasing
decisions for GoFood consumers in Garut Regency. The sample used in this
research used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through
questionnaires of 100 people who had made purchases at GoFood. This research
uses the causality method with the help of SmartPLS which is used to analyze data
from respondents who are consumers of the GoFood platform. The data obtained
through the questionnaire will then be processed and analyzed to test the validity
and reality of the construct, as well as test the proposed hypothesis. The aim of
this research is to examine the influence of price on purchasing decisions, and
EWOM on consumer satisfaction. The analyst used by SmartPLS 3. The results of
this study state that price has a positive and significant effect on consumer
purchasing decisions. GoFood and EWOM have a positive and significant effect
on purchasing decisions
