STRATEGI PENGUATAN DAYA SAING USAHA ?KETEMU DONAT? MELALUI INOVASI BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS
This qualitative descriptive study analyzes the actual business model and formulates a strategy to strengthen the competitive advantage of the "Ketemu Donat" business in Kadungora District, Garut Regency, using an integrated Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework and SWOT analysis. The evaluation results at the BMC Current stage reveal that current business operations remain heavily reliant on offline physical store channels, which contribute approximately 70% of total revenue. However, the business faces market expansion stagnation into the Garut Kota area due to high delivery logistics costs, limited geographical reach, and a high risk of product damage (fragile) during transit, which drives order failure rates up to 20%. As a strategic solution to overcome these challenges, a BMC Future reconfiguration was formulated to introduce key innovations across essential business model elements. The recommended strategic innovations include opening a digital merchant point or new network hub in the Garut Kota area (Channels), implementing specialized protective packaging engineering for fragile products to maintain quality standards during transportation (Key Activities and Key Resources), managing structured customer databases to build customer loyalty (Customer Relationship), and optimizing continuous digital marketing. The implementation of this redesigned business model is expected to minimize product delivery failure risks, optimize logistics cost efficiency, effectively expand market share reach, and sustainably enhance the competitive advantage of "Ketemu Donat".
